As a courtier of the previous regime, you were partly responsible for the coup, which is why the Lich enlisted your services.

As the story progresses, you'll learn that there's more to this endeavor than meets the eye, and you'll have to decide whether to ally with the Lich and his seductive right-hand man or the Resistance to try to undo the damage you've unwittingly caused . done, or walk the dangerously thin line of being a mercenary, loyal to no one but his friends.

And finally, there is a princess who, from her prison cell, keeps a terrible secret that could change everything.
