Over the years, thanks to generous tax policies, the City of Dreams has concentrated many of the world's rich and powerful.

The largest corporations and financial consulting groups, international organizations, large banks have located their headquarters in the City of Dreams and are thriving.

At least, that’s how it seems to the public and that’s how the city presents itself to the world.

Many people are trying to emigrate to Washington to escape the world around them, which is sinking deeper into chaos.

The city of dreams seems to be an island of stability, even as it becomes increasingly dependent on the chaos of the world.

Perhaps this is why it still faces many of the same social problems as the rest of the world and seems just as powerless to stop them.

Or even want... This is the other side of the world. Dark side...​
