An invading army of unprecedented scale has devastated the Kingdom of Egundar!

During the conflict, they managed to bring most of the country to its knees, even the king himself had to go to the front lines to stop the invasion.

But this is not a war story, anyway...

This is the story of a mother and son fleeing conflict after the owner of the house leaves with the royal army.

The story begins with a convoy of refugees fleeing through the mountains to the untouched southern regions of the country, where they can (hopefully) survive the rest of the war in peace.
